We were very pleased to find this gem. It took us 3 years of searching
to find a stallion with the old blood we desired and conformation to match.
Dandy is line bred ERF Double Larigo thru his dam, a daughter & granddaughter
of Double Larigo's Footlight. She also brought the blood of the great Captain Black,
a nearly lost Shetland line; Silver Mane's Mercury Cody, one of the greatest
sons of Colonol Cody & Helen C; & Robinhood Cody.
Thru his sire Dandy carries the blood of Robinhood Cody, Red Crescent King,
Rolling Ridge Red Robin, Billy Boy Crescent, Larigo's Grand Cap L, Golden
Boy Crescent, & Realization.
Dandy is intelligent, friendly, athletic, and gorgeous. The setting sun was shining golden on him here, so
we will be getting newer pictuers...he is a stunning steel grey sabino roan. If you want color, we expect him
to produce it! He will be available to a select few outside mares in 2008. We are partnering with a couple
of friends and have plans to show Dandy to Congress in '08, so breeding will be limited.
We expect him to sire exceptional sport pony foals.
